Lea repointed the gable end of the property and front cascade including stone cleaning. He has also rebuilt a boundary wall with decorative elements that have become a feature to enhance the garden. His expertise on Victorian property brickwork is extensive and I was lucky to have found him, otherwise I may have ended up with cement repointing rather than the lime mix that has revitalised the property. He gave clear information about the approach to the proposed work, costs and had excellent communication. The quality of his work was excellent and he had a keen focus on details.
